Pay by Cheque

The subscriber can make payment of SMILE Broadband Service Bill through the Cheque to SMILE Box, Courier or Home Pick-up option.

SMILE Boxes:
Cheque can be dropped at any of the drop boxes facility available with our partners Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd., (Select Branch/FT's) and Prime Bank Ltd., (Dhaka Branch’s).

Courier: 
Cheque can be sent by courier to BDCOM Online Ltd., RANGS Nilu Square (5th floor), Satmosjid Road, House # 75, Road # 5/A, Dhanmondi R/A, Dhaka-1209, Bangladesh.

Home Pick-up:
The subscriber can hand over a Cheque to an authorized SMILE representative. To avail this facility, call SMILE Credit control department on +88 09666 666 666 or send an e-mail to billing@bdcom.com.

Guidelines to prepare your cheque:
Cheque should be crossed and A/C payee in favor of ‘BDCOM Online Limited. Please indicate Billing Account Number which is present on SMILE Broadband Service Bill below the billing address. In case a subscriber has paid the SMILE Broadband Service Bill through a Cheque without mentioning Billing number, the amount will not get credited to the respective subscriber account. Outstation cheques are not accepted.
